That much has been established already. What is needed is details on how to get the post searing armor. How many pelts per piece and who to see for each piece.

for my first 2 characters i made sure i had all of the pre searing armor pieces, but i soon realized they are still not good and its much better to just wait till u get to post searing ascelon and get armor there

for a necro u need bone and hides, and it also costs 150 gold per piece, but its much, much better armor

Dont forget to stock some wood planks for your necro. You will need these for the scar patterns. They trade in for parchment which is needed. Or you could be like me a just buy them.

The pre armor is pretty much useless, unless you enjoy collecting. You'll be able to buy better armor right away.

I have the details for the bonelace armor(30 armor or something, i forgot):

Bonelace Tunic = 12 Tanned hide squares, 12 Bones(salvage skulls, limbs etc for those), 150gold

Bonelace Boots = 4 Tanned hide squares, 4 Bones, 150gold

Bonelace Gloves = 4 Tanned hide squares, 4 Bones, 150gold

Bonelace Leggings = 8 Tanned hide squares, 8 Bones, 150gold

You can also get new face scars for 150gold each and 4 parchments(can get parchment from the materials guy outside the sanitarium(Ashford Abbey), although I forgot what materials you need to give to him for the parchment(anyone?).

Hope that helps.

Also with the hides I saw mentioned here that you need it from the grawls on those longspear gears. Yes they salvage in to hides but so do the worn belts. I discovered that last night. As a result I have a ton of hides, ton of bones from killing all the skellies on the outter edge and inner circle near that necro trainer in catacombs. Also a ton of planks, dusts, iron, a few cloths. Can't remember if anything else. Oh some plant fibers. Wonder what all that other junk is used for. All that at 421 gold. Only quest I have left is Charr at the gate and I'm ready to go to post searing.

My guess on the parchment is "Wood", but it might be those small fur squares. (Though the wood makes more sense )

Can't remember off the top of my head, but I think it's wood... I made a bunch there when I was about level 8.
